Chrysler gives sirius, I think they said "free for one year" in everything...I asked the salesman what to do if I didn't want it. He said just don't pay the bill. I asked if I could order a car "sound system delete"...he said no.

Vash... I had Sirius for 4 years, with not too many problems.

However it went down on my 993 for some reason in November. Like you, I called "support"... they hung up on my once...the other 3 times the person answering was a complete dumba$$. At that point, I downloaded the manuals from the web, but nothing I tried got it going again.

I called back to cancel, but the guy would not let me cancel without talking to the cancellation dept.
The next day I called, and got a nicer female...she said she understood, and cancelled my service and refunded me one month.

Yes, they have bad service...very bad. It is enough to cancel it imo, anyway that is what I did.

I have gotten back in touch with LA FM radio... which is a combination of werid talk shows, Mexican Polka, NPR Jazz (good), Classic Rock (good) and have had to listen to plenty of ads for some online dating service where you can register to cheat on your significant other. So dumb commercials are back but at least it works
