Can't catch a break

Tuesday's meeting, the lady forgets to bring my sons folder. We get nothing done other than learn a few signs. Rescheduled for next Tuesday.

Today the another lady shows up and is trying to use an evaluation that was done before he had his hearing aids and before the auditory neuropothy diagnosis. My wife had already told her that we wanted the evaluation disregarded.

Every agency uses acronyms for all the different programs and they say them so fast I miss letters. I have no idea what these things are.

My wife and I had less trouble with twin to twin transfusion syndrome than this.
