Michigan Prop Assessment
Any one else in Michigan going in to protest the increased taxable value of their property? I am getting as many property owners together for the walk in meeting this February at the City Office, I see mine was raised again this year by $1,404 and yet the larger/property house right next door to me just sold for less than I paid for my house 15 years ago! Something is not right here!

Three words: "Revenue Enhancement Initiative".
Expect more of this kind of crap and in all states/municipalities from here on out. The politician's credo: "Never, ever, EVER decrease spending - just raise revenue!"
