The board has minimal advertising to help Wayne subsidize the cost.

That's a clicktag or tracking pixel, every time it's shown/clicked it's reported so that Wayne can get paid on the impressions/clickthru.

thank goodness he does not have the ads some of the others have. i went to one forum and there were ads between every post.

No kidding! I frequent another (really good) car site at night for my winter ride. There were ad's EVERYWHERE and they were seemingly adding more all the time. It got to the point where a thread would take 30 seconds to load.

If you're running Firefox check this out:

It makes a HUGE difference. That site is now useful to me again. From what I've seen it doesn't block Wayne's few ads in any way?

If Wayne gets paid on clicks vs impressions then it would help him (us) to hit the links.

Don't go crazy as that might throw up a flag if clicks spike, whenever you think about it.
