weber carbs again...
Hi everyone,
I'm installing new needle valves. I know the adjustment calls for 18mm but is that measurement with the needle in the open or closed position? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. Just looking for some more guidance. Thank you

Swim on up-stream tadpole to Tech ...this is Off Topic.
 (The measurement is with the needle in the open position.) The second one is: 12.5 /13mm from top of float to the surface of the carb. body.
