Funny, I kind of got the phrase: "It goes to 11" adopted as our unofficial project mantra.
It worked very well on two levels. One because we were supposed to be done in 2008 and I knew it would be more like 2011, and two because I could cover my rear and refer to the idea of us giving "one more" to get the project done on time. BTW, it's now 2009 and we are still at least a year off from implementing. Guess who was right?

Chris Guest is one of the funniest men alive, and he bagged Jamie Lee Curtis (the first boobs I ever saw, what a mental image). She actually pursued him, after seeing him on the cover of a magazine promoting Spinal Tap. Epic!
Getting tickets on Friday, oohh yea!

I was watching the kids show "Word Girl" (well, I wasnt really watching, GFs kids were watching and I could here it).
The badguy said he was going to turn up his weapon to "11" .Made me laugh but no one else got it. |
