I'm thumbs down on the fiber optic (?) front site. I see it on the late models Ruger's also. Looks awfull fragile for long term use. A metal blade for me is fine.

I'm about to head out the door to shoot it. Picked it up late last night. No fiber optics on this - just metal sights though they are adjustable (this is the Buck Mark 5.5 Target: http://www.browning.com/products/catalog/firearms/detail.asp?value=006B&cat_id=051&type_id=402). Put another 200 rounds through it today. Starting to get the feel for it - sighting it is different than the Sigs. Solid gun though - great fun and the groups are slowly getting tighter. I have to say that I'm not sold on the sight hoods. I'm likely going to pop them off and see how it handles/sights. The sad thing is that now I'm pondering one of these:
