The best part is that they are going to leave it up there until the kid gets back from Brazil.

We climbed the town water tower back in my very young days. We had a big can of black paint, and a few cans of white paint. The tower had been covered with graffiti for years, so much so that it was just a mass of if any you couldn't read anything. SO- we used the white paint to completely clean it up. Next came the black paint, which was used to write the word POOP as large as we could reach (so the letters were probably 10 feet tall).
You could read it from all the way across town. It wasn't a curse word or anything, so I didn't feel bad about little kids seeing it. It made the news, the radio... it was great. Some teenaged pranks are ok, and that phallus is one of them. Nobody got hurt, and everyone gets a laugh. I give the kid an A. |

The absolute best part is he was able to keep quiet about it for a year until it was discovered.
