I have a neighbor that is convinced his neighbor (shared walls in Town Home complex) has a meth lab going. He just asked me to come over (again) and see if I noticed a strange smell. Nope, all I can smell is the air freshener that he constantly sprays.

I doubt his neighbor is cooking meth. I have never seen large amounts of trash, containers, explosions.... There is always an April fresh scent around though...

I'm taking photos during my next recon. and I'll show you what I'm dealing with. In regard to the porn angle, I just can't visualize anything but scabby tweakers. Wait a minute . . . nope, still scabby tweakers, but somehow mildly arousing . . . I'll get back to you on that.

This past weekend a pickup with lumber rack was parked in the driveway. I walked over and asked the dude "Yo, what up?" He said he was preparing an estimate for cleaning up the property and he was carrying a clipboard with a form on it. Possibly legit. but he didn't know the owner's first name and was real vague about how he was going to get the estimate to the owner. I walked away, called the owner and confirmed that the dude was lying but he took off.

Yesterday I get home about 6:00 and there is a ford escort in the driveway. I confirm with owner no one should be there and call 911. Ten minutes later, car takes off and I pursue for a couple miles but let him go. Deputy shows up 40 minutes after my call, takes info, etc.

I would not reccomend confronting suspected meth manufacturers unarmed amigo.

Not even in the slightest. Slip a .38 into your back pocket next time you approach one of them. Please.

It is a lovely place. Makes our place look great.

Blue drums? Body parts in one and anhydrous ammonia in a couple others. Nothing suspicious though.

I *love* anhydrous ammonia. I'll be over in a few hours...

Is the property listed for sale through an agent? If so, it may be the agent who is hiring the pickup truck guy to clean the crap up. But other comings and goings are odd. I am also assuming that the property is not in foreclosure -- that would create a parade of activity as well.

(I'd also say the land must be very nice for that to be a million four property.

It's easier to catch an animal in a trap, when you are not standing next to the cage.....

Yes, there are tens of thousands. But you have to do it at night and you have to be real quiet.
