Thoughtful Pelican
Yesterday I received a private message from a fellow pelican to let me know that he was thinking about my family. See we lost our son two years ago yesterday, and one of my posts was about trying to pick a grave marker for him. Well it took several months for me to get it done, and I posted a picture.
This person not only remembered, but took the time to sent me a note. Sometimes this world is not so bad. Sorry for the spelling.

Pelican really is an amazing family, yes a family. I am very happy I can be apart of it with you Peppy.

Yep, there is a lot of joy expressed here along with frustration. Even some bickering. And there's sorrow. I do believe that does make a family.

Sorry for your loss Peppy. I can't even imagine the pain you've dealt with. Good people here at PPOT. Except maybe.....uh, never mind.
They say time heals all wounds....I don't believe that. With sincere sympathy,

It does frequently remind me of all the good and the bad a family has to offer!

Yes this place really does have a family feel. Only had one bad encounter in here and I could have prevented that.
