I don't get it....

I presume $29,999 for a 1967 Targa is whack?

I know nothing of eary 911 pricing.

I think it's that and the vinyl rear window.

Could be worse. At least it looks correct, just the material is wrong. There are not strakes or body kits.

67 soft top targa is a rare car. Even though it is a bit bastardized, but in one piece it should be worth at least that.

Shame about the color being all over the trim.

You longhood guys get your panties twisted too easily. So what if he painted it a color he likes or took the liberty of painting some of the trim black? At least it is still on the road.

Not at all. I don't care much, myself. But if I extensively customized my car, I wouldn't describe it as "showroom condition."

Your kidding us ...right? Maybe a fart can on it would look good to you too. How about some neon under the pan, you ok with that too? Painted a GM color, including the Targa bar, K mart wheels, blacked out trim....oh well I guess I'm wasting my time on you.

Ultimately, he is only hurting himself with the "modifications" he made; he is really lowering the car's value.

Some people think they are "improving" something collectible when they modify it.
