i had an avocado omelette for dinner. 3 egg whites, one yolk for color. ice tea. banana for dessert. lame. wife is out with friends......

I had sushi for breakfast. Ironically enough, I had oatmeal and fruit for dinner.

i dont know who thought fish and capers were a good mix. too salty. i just had fish with a butter caper sauce. i never like it. i dont know why i keep revisiting it.
