Have we established that anti-virus software is worthless for anything other then slowing down a computer?

What happens when you try and reinstall it? Can you give the exact error? Also, what infections do you have?

I finally was able to download Malwarebtyes it was running good for 52 minutes at that time it had 9 infections, then stopped working, I had changed the name as suggested but maybe it figured out what it was, now I'm back to square zero it wont allow me to download the program.

No expert, but you might try running "VundoFix" and then "ComboFix" (google them).

I was able to run VundoFix" and it found nothing, then I was able to download and run the Malwarebtyes the short scan and it worked then I try the full scan and after 1 hour it die, now it wont let me run it again, very interesting how this work,

I'm getting a refund on the program I purchased, any good particular program I should purchase that will put an end to this ?

You can buy a 1T or 500g drive for well under $100. Remove your current hard-drive, buy a new one, re-install operating system on new drive. Install Anti-virus software, then install your old drive as a second drive, and copy your data back.

Should take less than 3-4 hours.
