I can't imagine how they did it(??). Someone went to a hell of a lot of work to make a unique POS. Or of course it could be 5 minutes worth of pro-level photo-chop.

Well, yes. The 997 is better looking than the 996, just as your '78 SC is arguably better looking than the original SWB, narrow body 911 of 1966 (which is even more slab sided than a 996, btw)
