Does she have a towing hookup on her car? Wire up a small horn to the trailer wiring package at the brake connector. Every time she steps on the brakes the horn will sound. A friends work buddies pulled that on him. He couldn't figure it out. He pulled over in traffic and ripped the horn wires out of his truck trying to shut it up. Didn't work. Took it to a mechanic who discovered it and they laughed their butts off. He still has it, so we are all on alert.

A couple of minor pranks I pulled on my GF. We were going to a "no-gifts" type birthday party of a friend of mine and Jenny said we should take him something (other than the wine we were bringing anyway) I said how about a biker magazine (he rides a HD), we stopped at a magazine shop and she said she will get it and what magazine should she ask for I sent her in asking for a biker mag' called "Whores and Hogs". She came out and said the shop assistant said they were right out of Whores and Hog magazine but this is just as good and sold her Outlaw Biker.

Another one was she was talking about cleaning product that are best for cleaning showers and what she should try next. I said Golden products are good and I've used Golden Kitchen and Golden Bathroom. Maybe she should go to the supermarket and ask for Golden Shower.

take some batt insulation and rub it on the inside of her jeans

How you get there is up to you?
But trust me this works and you'll laugh your bag off watching her scratch all night long.
LOL

Edit: You'll need a new handle. The one you are using is TAKEN, which'd make you a poser!

Tell her you saw some guy she used to have the hots for and give her a fake number saying, "he kept asking about you and begged me to give you this."

LOL! I wired the horn to the right turn signal on a friend's Nissan Truck with similar, excellent results. He began to suspect a faulty $200 combination switch.

this is a good one. was done to me but they put a lot on there.
also tie raps on the steering wheel, kinda hard to get off.
this was after i put glitter in the vents of his truck, that stuff was coming out for years! i also wired his break pedal to the horn. every time he put his foot on the break the horn went off. i was looking for a 20-30 second timer to put in there for a delay, but could not find one.

fill the desk with shipping penuts

we glued everything down in a guys desk once

we left a bag of pupperonies on a desk for the guy that likes to eat everything, he did say these tasted like pupperonies.

rub a habinero pepper on their coffee mug

super glue in the key hole or the dial of a lock works

if she is married, when the husband calls, say, she just left with her husband....that one got me in trouble once

I filled her locker with packing peanuts today, I can't wait to see her reaction tomorrow...

Does she have a car?? Put it on blocks with the tires barely touching so she can't go any where. Another good one is if you have a set of Go-Jacks, you can arrange the car in an undrivable spot

For that matter, put vaseline on her backside. That's a good prank.

Yet another version I have done is to wire the low beams to the horn. Make sure they are high when them first turn them on.

Did something similar to a teacher in HS. He had a Honda Civic hatchback, that he'd leave unlocked. Our school was on top of a hill, one day he left it in the cul-de-sac at the top, parking blocks made the circle. On the other side, were the basketball courts, field... Six of us lifted his car over the blocks and pushed it way to the back of the school and parked it on home plate of the BB diamond. He came out and for about 15 minutes, had no idea where his car had gone. He was a bit scatter brained, so he figured he had parked it in the regular parking lot. Good times.

Find a big handful of broken safety glass, roll down her car window and throw the glass on the ground around the door and some of it (just a little) on the front seat.

A prank we used to do at Uni. Take the pins out of the hinges of someones door in the accomodation block. When they come home and turn their key in the lock the whole door falls in. I had it happen to me and it gave me the fright of my life LOL.
