You guys are funny. I knew exactly what it was going to be before I even watched the video. Unfortunately, that is one of the best calf exercises you can do. If your in a hard core gym no one will bat an eye at that. We had a machine in one gym that allowed you to put on a belt with a cable attached so you could simulate the weight on your back without the er... gayness.
Just keep in mind, you can look at a few sports for gaylike activity. (Not that there is anything wrong with that)    BTW- The only guys you see wearing spandex anymore are the toolbags. Of course, no one will tel them that to their face.

WOW! That does look very suspect.
