this is a good one, or you put a little pebble under the cap, screw it back on and it becomes flat. It is not vandalism either, which putting a nail under it happens to be.

Generally don't have time for random pricks. Will write down their license plate for later though...

I would just ignore the fool. Nobody has a right to have open spaces next to their car. I doubt I would ever let it escalate, but I would be pulling out my phone ready to call 911.

"protecting one side of another nice car which had obviously been parked away from others so as not to get dinged."

OK - that makes sense. I suppose you could point that out to an irate driver.

re the tire tool - the difference is that one guy hit a car accidentally and the other hit a car on purpose - if it came to a judge, the law looks at that very differently. probably would not come to a judge but ya never know.

Huh? Read it again:

I don't think by the way Danimal has written it one can assume it was an accident at all.

Especially when you take into considerating the big guy's "SO WHAT?" and the fact that he didn't challenge Danimal's dad after he broke some glass and walked right up to him to tell him he thought that made it even.

I think the big guy knew he had been wrong.

But you might want to consult Danimal for clarification.
