another feel good M-14 customer service story

just got off the phone with "DEE" from SADLAK.com a purveyor of FINE, IF NOT FREEKING OVER THE TOP M-14 UBER ZOOMY GOODIES! wow what customer service. she knew her POO BIG TIME! obvious as hell she has been in the industry a long time and knows how to shoot a M-14 like the back of her hand. she knew rockwell hardness(rc) numbers off the top of her head, dimensions,procedures etc.

its a pleasure when speaking with someone on a non 1-800 number who is fast courteous intelligent speaks freeking english and knows the customers needs.

i ordered some better mousetraps for my socom build, a gas cylinder wrench out of aluminum T-6(already have a steel juan) that they have mfg. a 6 sided hole for mounting your gas plug for holding while cleaning with drill(remove carbon buildup). also ordered another drill set for cleaning gas cylinder system complete. a front bipod mount that is 3 times stronger than using a simple uncle mikes stud(which when using harris bipod your stock WILL CRACK) and the drill bit(instead of using uni-drill) for drilling my new springfield green(fashionable and PC) socom stock, along with some devcon liquid steel to bed the entire bipod mount in with.

wonderful people to deal with and when i get to my super duper match build i will be foaming at the mouth over going with either their UBER ZOOMY TAC-TI-KOOL TITANIUM SCOPE MOUNT! vs. my stoneage caveman 3rd generation springfield armory scope mount.

these guys make some KOOOOOL STUFF!

mucho amounts of their aluminum scope mts in service now in afghan and iraq without one single failure of any kind with complete "ZERO" repeatability upon removal and reinstallation of optics.

and if any of you have a keen enough eye to daily pics from the war zones of the condition of weapons..................well lets put it this way.................THEY ARE BEAT TO HELL DAILY 24/7/365! pretty and nice aint even in their vocabulary. FUNCTIONAL IS THE ONLY WORD! it werks or it dont. sadlaks stuff WERKS!
