Anyone Want to Buy a Building in Jax, Beach???

A friend is selling her Jacksonville beaches Properties, and knowing there are some guys who are looking to relocate..

There is also a connecting door between the 2 offices so that would
give you a total of 4 rooms & 2 -1/2 baths downstairs.

The bldg. is about 17 yrs. old. Constructed of concrete block,with thick
stucco on top of that & Elastermic ruberized paint on top of the stucco.

The roof is about 5 yrs old.
Each of the 4 units has its own central heat/air cond. system.
Both offices have new 16" tile floors,neutral (lite mottled beige).

The units on the left side of bldg. have new insulation,new

Everything on my bldg. is legal,meaning there are 4 units,4
