What trend is that dave?

The trend being that you seem to be posting Photobucket pictures that are moved or deleted and that I can not see them.....

Rick, I hope the little one is ok.

Good Morning fellas.

Another busy day for me. I have to get a job that is normally a 2 day job done in a day. Hopeffuly the computers will cooperate.

Geronimo '74 07-26-2011 04:22 AM

Moning Glen,

don't overdo it.
If you hope on computers to colaborate, chances are, they won't...

GH85Carrera 07-26-2011 04:37 AM

We have the proper string of profanity to keep the computers in line most of the time. One bit of software we have I believe is the root cause of Tourette's syndrome. It will cause a nun to cuss a blue streak.

Just received a call from a telemarketeer.... I so hate to be bothered unwillingly for random shyte...
She was kinda surprised that I did not want to buy her stuff but that I insisted on knowing how they got my adress and cellphone number. (My official adress is somewhere else so this adress and number are not linked....)
She promised me somebody would get back to me in ten minutes.
They didn't so I called their head office and went on from there. The lady that picked up the phone was quite helpfull and she realized I was not pleased with the situation...

:D:D To be continued...

nynor 07-26-2011 06:11 AM

Porsche-poor 07-26-2011 06:14 AM

A good friend of mine gets down-right rude to telemarketers. If it is a female caller he will use his best pervert voice and ask her what color panties she is wearing. They all hang up for some reason. If it is a guy he will use his great "gay" voice and and ask them about leather clothes and whips and chains. It has to be a horrible job to be a telemarketer.

Porsche-poor 07-26-2011 06:21 AM

I'll have to remember that one.

Geronimo '74 07-26-2011 06:22 AM

I'm thinking about carrying a high pitch, loud as fuhk whistle.... Just in case the next one calls....
(They all have a headset of some sort, no? :D:D)

nynor 07-26-2011 06:22 AM

i only get annoyed with telemarketers when they keep going after i tell them that i am not interested. i have asked them in the past why they feel it necessary to provoke me into being rude. i hate confrontation.

i already have one of those: my lips and tongue.

Geronimo '74 07-26-2011 06:26 AM

I can whistle pretty loud without one. (It's one of those things a man must be able to, whistle loudly and make fire :))

But I have this really small outdoor survival type whistle attached to my backpack. I could never ever get that pitch and volume. If I whistle too loud, my ears hurt...

nynor 07-26-2011 06:30 AM

i can whistle loud enough to make my ears hurt. and the people in front of me and to the sides. ;)

Porsche-poor 07-26-2011 07:01 AM

we had one that kept calling and calling. Some local charity (not a real good one). I finally told them that if they would send me something in the mail I'd be happy to send them money. I also gave them my old address. Have not heard a thing.
