It works. :) Big city life, but a little slower. Still gets annoying. Especially when the heat goes triple digits.

Yes Dave ,if you have seen my town on a map.
Its a great place.
I have the ocean (surf) on one side and the bay on the other.
I live about a mile from the bay.
