Eske's brew would taste good right now, or Stollies & cranberry. But with kidney stones I can't do it, last time I ended up in the ER. Dam this sucks not drinking on my B'day. It's -6c right now and going to snow for the next 2 days.Pelican Parts Smileys - Page 1:cool:

Morning guys

Need more sleep.... Little one wanted to come and sleep in the big bed in the middle of the night....
Saw my space shrink from 3 feet wide to 1 and a half feet wide.... that is not very comfortable...

Are you eating too much meat? Drink more cranberry juice... Less alcohol and pop... Lots of water too...

I know your pain, I can pave a medium size driveway with the bricks I've pissed out....
It's been a while since they bothered me, which is good. (but they're still there, waiting to come out once in a while...)
On the other hand, the pain meds they give us in the emergency room over here are fan-ffokking-tastic!

porsche4life 12-06-2009 10:56 PM

Morning Ya'll

Geronimo '74 12-07-2009 12:11 AM

A construction error I was born with. I was ok for the first 20 years of my life but then all of a sudden (and due to other factors?) the left urether got blocked/pinched and caused my left kidney to stop working and swell up to more than twice its normal size. (together with a decent amount of agony)
An operation removed the obstruction and my kidney came down to almost its normal size and started working again.
Because of the rapid swelling and shrinking, the inside of the kidney looks a bit different when compared to a normal one. And it now has the tendency to produce stones more easily.
But like I said, it is only occasionaly that I have problems or pain. I can live with it, no problem. The kidney is healthy and works just fine. I just need to drink regularly and I'm fine.
A lot of people have kidney stones and just don't know.
