It seems my power steering pump on the El Camino is dying. The good news is it is a lifetime warranty on the old one. Free parts just installation time for me.

Sorry Rick it was just too easy of a shot at you.

I have no idea I grabbed that pic from a local forum that was a response from someone. I don't take any meds

[QUOTE=Flieger;6582602]I know there are road versions of the GT1-98 (for homologation) but those had 996 styling cues and a carbon chassis. I do not know if there were road going versions of the original GT1 based on the 993, but I assume so.

I think I can see a bit of engine under there, too. There's no diffuser for sure, but I don't know if the road version went without it? But anyway, if that is an engine then it is fake for sure (since the real ones are mid engine).

BY CARL SANDBURG
Pile the bodies high at Austerlitz and Waterloo. Shovel them under and let me work— I am the grass; I cover all. And pile them high at Gettysburg And pile them high at Ypres and Verdun. Shovel them under and let me work. Two years, ten years, and passengers ask the conductor: What place is this? Where are we now? I am the grass. Let me work. |
Nice, Stijn.
Real nice. :) |
Hmmmmmm grass, I have an idea..........

I actually got this poem from the M14 forum where introduced myself
And i gotta say, it kinda caught me off guard... it hit a nerve. cAuse i grew up in this place, this battle field without fully realizing the significance. Only when i had moved away and started reading up on my home town did i start to realized what Ypres really was about thats what this poem says Battle fields , or fields of glory as some would dare to call em.. are the shallow graves of those who died on them. the grass will cover everything in no time.. http://static.flickr.com/79/280547941_f83b8956ef_o.jpg http://static.flickr.com/86/275467175_4c1bfccf53_o.jpg And years after nobody will be the wiser unless they are told about it, or dig into the grass. |
