Fair point, Stick. This is why I am asking what you guys think. |
From LindseyRacing's web site http://www.lindseyracing.com/custpic...enbaum%202.jpg These are the 17in wheels made from 16in fuchs |
Personally I don't like solid black wheels on a 911, nor the color matched ones. |
Lots of cleaning on the polished finish. Everytime I clean would mean a polish. My wheels are a new cast centre for the 17. Not old fuchs centres. They do look nice. |

If I go with anything other than all black it would be the stock Black with silver rim. |
You can do a clear powder coating on them Vas. Wash and go |

I had them painted and the rims polished, then a coat of clear with a dulling agent to give the original silver look. :) I know its up to me, but you guys all have a good opinion.:) |

Thats a great looking car, Stick. |

Wheels make a big difference. I like the newer style wheels on my GTS... http://www.zipbang.com/928gts/wheelcompare.jpg |
And the new one is nice also. |
Your car does look good with the new wheels. |
When are you getting your car back Richard? |
I think these come out at 26" wheels with 5 series tires. http://www.zipbang.com/928gts/928bigrims.jpg |
The shape of the 928 was way ahead of its time. The lines are awesome. |
Current schedule is first weekend in May at the latest. |
