Howdy folks. I am still at the hospital having fun. In 4 hours i am on the nothing by mouth list. If my leg does not continue to improve they remove the staples and flush the surgical site looking for infection. I have no idea how long I will kept after that.

what a day at work. holy (insert something holy), it sucked. working non-stop on a patient, for about five hours, trying to keep them alive. madness. i am wiped out. the doctors were really good to work with, which is a change from the usual. that was actually really nice.

No bigger party than spending the night is a private hospital room in a very quiet hospital. At midnight I am cut off from any intake by mouth. I am ready to get back home. Hopefully it will be a quick and easy operation tomorrow looking for any infection. If they find no infection maybe I can go home.

So I guess this is out too.
