Looks like I lost another client. This one was arrested in NY for murdering her husband in April. I'm shocked. She totally did not fit the profile. I know her husband had been having some health problems over the last few years, but I never expected this. Wow.

Ok, you win for the strangest lost client story. We have seen some clients go away when the employee that need or services changed jobs. But never because they murdered their spouse.

It sucks that you lost a client but that is bizarre.

It's not a big loss on the client part, I helped her with her home pc and Blackberry. I only saw her a few times a year. I had actually been thinking about her a week ago or so.

Can't they check that from the nurses station? I remember seeing a lot of vital statistics being displayed on various computer screens last year.
