I am cheating every morning putting on my socks right now.

I want to start working on range of motion of my leg. I sure don't want to dislocate my hip, I am am cautious.

The good news is the hip pain is GONE. Before every step with that leg hurt.

That sounds all good then :). So, has it been a fairly quick recovery, or about normal?

Hope the quack gives you the nod today. It sounds like you feel ready for it.

My physical therapist was amazed by my recovery. I have always been a fast healer. I hate being dependant on someone else to take care of my basic needs, and I really hate just sitting around watching TV. I prefer some activity.

Thanks Jeff. I bookmarked that website. I find it amazing that the Brits, 'Mericuns, Canadians, Aussies, and Kiwi's all claim to speak English. :D

OK, I take back what I said about the girl not being a partier. :D I just saw a few photos from a Halloween event she went to... In one she has another girl on her shoulders and that girl has what looks like a Corona in hand.

Sorry, I am not posting pictures. :D

GH85Carrera 11-02-2012 09:20 AM

And you did not go to that party!

Flieger 11-02-2012 09:23 AM

No I did not, it was on her facebook.

I spent Halloween night (after classes in the day) in a meeting with the team lead, manager, and technical director discussing my suspension. The meeting went well and I convinced them to go with it so we are doing the radical system I came up with. Then I had to write a description of it and draw some pictures to send to a potential sponsor who is also a mechanical engineer. I also had to go get groceries and make dinner.

Not that I had any desire to go to any parties.

Porsche-poor 11-02-2012 11:06 AM

no parties dull........

Flieger 11-02-2012 11:08 AM

sentence fragment stingy with words

Flieger 11-02-2012 11:11 AM

I honestly find this project more interesting. It is consuming my life, though.

Porsche-poor 11-02-2012 11:17 AM

just yanking your chain.

just hope they don't hand all the work off onto you and go party.

Flieger 11-02-2012 11:22 AM

They are doing enough work. The bigger problem is me not wanting to hand off the work. It was my idea but they do not allow individual senior projects. If I had not gotten any takers I still would have gone it alone, but it would have been in addition to my senior project.

Porsche-poor 11-02-2012 11:50 AM

Just don't work to hard.

and on that note back to work for me.
