Busy busy busy......my November gross numbers were just over double last November, net should reflect very closely........ uh unless the IRS is asking....... Looks on track to double December......... If so it will be a very good year................. Passed last year's gross in September......

Interesting fact, the jag lowers itself when you exceed 94mph for more than 5 seconds........a very odd sensation

nynor 12-02-2012 07:15 PM

strong work, joe.

as for the jag, how much does the jag lower itself?

HHI944 12-02-2012 07:19 PM

15mm. If I keep the XJ instead of switching to an XK, I'm going to have a shop reset the lowering parameters to 20mm at 75mph

Still, with cruise on at 100mph, the dash was indicating 29mpg and I've found it to be fairly accurate. Hell, it's only about 2400rpm

nynor 12-02-2012 07:24 PM

really? you can feel about 3/4" lowering? i'd love to experience that.

so, who on the stijn forum drinks coffee? please, PM me. yep, PM me.

I managed to get our old HEAVY microwave into the Elky. I will "recycle" it by putting it at the curb at my office. Anything of any value will dissapear like magic. I will throw the service manual inside so if whoever wants it can try fixing it. Or they can strip it down for the copper or the magnet.

HHI944 12-02-2012 07:38 PM

You can notice it if you're really paying attention......,,,,which I have this funny habit of doing at 100mph

Changing parameters gets a reported 30mpg at 80mph and takes a shop that knows their **** about 30 minutes..........still, with how business has been I'm leaning towards trading in on a convertible XKR or a 996 cab

Save it till I get home, and I can arrange blowing it up on video for you...

You know if you really want to get revenge on it. ;)

I did not start drinking coffee until I was nearly 30. We started having a local Porsche club breakfast about 30 years ago. There were times only a few of guys showed up. I felt strange ordering a soda or iced tea when everyone else was drinking coffee.

I tried the coffee and it was not bad. I have never ever had coffee with sugar or cream. I hate fru fru flavored coffee. Just regular coffee, black. And Starbucks coffee SUCKS donkey balls in case you did not know.

azzarule 12-03-2012 06:56 AM

I don't have any sweetener, no poofy caramel or flavorings, but I don't like it black, I like it light and frothy, like me!!!!! And it has to look pretty, heres this mornings creation, I like to get artistic!!!

hey them's fighting words mocking my state......but then again I hate Starbucks to!!!!! lol

GH85Carrera 12-03-2012 07:08 AM

Starbucks is just a company with bad coffee. I am not mocking your state, just bad coffee.

Starbucks tastes like it is burned. I suspect they do that on purpose so customers will want all the cream and sugar and flavorings that cost more money. There is a Starbucks within 1/2 mile of my house. The only time I have been in there was to buy gift cards for my nurses when I was in the hospital. I figured a happy nurse was a LOT nicer than a grumpy nurse.

I do understand that other people have different tastes than I do. I hate mustard as well and lots of people use mustard. Gack.
