Nothing to be sorry about, Max. I've been cooped up in my house for pretty much a week and I'm going bonkers. This two day flu has turned into a week long chest cough. I'm trying to keep myself amused.

Now that is funny right there. :)

Well, so much for the forecast. Light flurries of the S word on my way to the W word this AM.

It is REAL cold and a lot of the ice sublimated away last night locally.

The roads are pretty much fine except for the overpasses. It is amazing how many bridges there are. Most of the time I don't pay any attention of an overpass of a road going over a creek. There are a lot of them in the road system.

anyway:

i've been playing 'wing on a string' with my pup. that amount of fun should be illegal. she figured out the game really quick. it is amusing to watch an eight week old pup go on "point".

there was zero .223 ammunition at sportsman's warehouse and i mean NONE. they were out of the smokeless powder i like to use, although they pretty much had everything else. no primers available, unless you buy 1000 at a time. every single assault rifle was sold, along with every sinlge semi-automatic rifle. about 40% of the handguns were sold. they did have .224 bullets, however, and all the other reloading accoutrement. interesting times. i am betting the shelves are restocked by the end of next month.
