Oh stinker! See? I was being selfish and didn't even think of taking pictures for you guys! Promise I will next time. I told her that you guys want the behind the scenes photos from the calendar shoot. She laughed. There were two gals serving drinks. A blonde and a brunette. Cute little things. Both had great personalities too. Really fun girls. Blonde had a short bob and the brunette had long dark black hair. You guys would like. No redhead though, Rick. :(

Thats okay, there's no redhead here either. :)

Just saw the movie Jack Reacher. Good movie.

We are still putting stuff back in place. I keep stopping and looking at old treasures. I have a Japanese Government issued 10 Peso note. Yep pesos. It was from the Japanese invasion of the Philippines. I also have a one pound Jap note from the invasion of New Guinea, a Uno Piastre note from Indo China invasion, and several others. They invaded a lot of countries. Oh and a $10 Confederate note. The Japanese never invaded the south, (just Alaska).

no luck hunting. i did walk a couple of miles in calf-deep snow. it was fun, being all by myself, following rabbit tracks and seeing the coyote tracks join in.

then i went skeet shooting for the very first time. damn fun. i am going to do that again, for sure.

Rick V 12-30-2012 04:21 PM

I like trap shooting

nynor 12-30-2012 04:27 PM

it was fun. i have to admit that i am terrible at trap shooting. TERRIBLE.

Rick V 12-30-2012 04:30 PM

I am not too good either. I use my Winchester Ranger for that, it'll rack them out as fast as I can pull the trigger. Spray and pray

nynor 12-30-2012 04:32 PM

LOL! i think better lighting (the sun was behind the mountain) and a better shotgun (i was using a mossberg 500 that doesn't really fit me) might help a little. like 5%, maybe.

Rick V 12-30-2012 04:35 PM

Trap shooting with a pump gun.......................that's hard core

nynor 12-30-2012 04:37 PM

i only allow myself one shot.

Rick V 12-30-2012 04:42 PM

My son skeet shoots with my 9mm and ratshot. He is a little scary

nynor 12-30-2012 04:44 PM

LOL! that is awesome!

did i mention it was so cold i couldn't feel the fingertips of my right hand, even though i had nice gloves on!!!! that didn't make more difference, however, than maybe 1%.

Rick V 12-30-2012 04:47 PM

Did I ever mention most adults know to go inside before they have body parts go numb? :D

are you implying that i am an adult? :D

lets just say that my thumb was so numb/burning that i didn't go for the second box of ammo, after i realized that about every fifth clay i was forgetting to chamber a round!

Rick V 12-30-2012 04:56 PM

We got to get you a semi.

umm..... okay.... :D

i think what i need is a decent shotgun. that said, i've been looking at a semi-auto weatherby and there have been some nice binelli semi-autos for sale locally. my budget is going to be ~$600.

HHI944 12-30-2012 05:54 PM

There's a grumpy old vietnam vet marine (just missed Korea) at my range who uses an M16 to shoot skeet. It's freaking scary
