 Still depressed spent half the day talking to AT&T dickheads, still no resolution, that's why I am depressed. the idea of paying $9.5K for a phonebill, I just cant comprehend.  I have the money, but............................................... ............ Apparently I have no SMS allowance on our family plan, and the youngest son and his GF have been smsing non stop for the last two months, to the tune of over 45,000 at 20c each, for both in and outgoing texts, I feel sick. |

I in that 2 months have phoned them around 20 times trying to find out why my bills were not coming, and to get the address corrected so I got a bill, I even drove to Waldorf an hours drive away to see them to get a phone added to the account for the eldest when he arrived in mid Dec, and they couldn't help me as the account had been originally opened by the embassy on my behalf. At no time in any of those phonecalls, or the visit to their corporate business shop, did they tell me that I was in arrears for my account, or that I had "unusual" activity on my account.  My own experience with AT&T customer service has been fantastic. I can't believe no one will buck up and fix this. Sucks Squared |

 Is there anything similar to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman over there? |

 as soon as I exhaust my avenues with AT&T (and I will find them), if I don't get any satisfaction to this, I will be finding the ombudsman or what ever it is called here, to sort it out. I know it is not all there fault, I thought we had unlimited talk and text on our family account, and since I have received only minimal information from AT&T and I can't logon or anything like that to check my account (as it was set up under the Embassy umbrella) and I have limited access to any information with my account even by phone (as it was set up under the Embassy umbrella), my information about my account was severely limited. I was just paying what they said I owed, until now!!!!! Still didn't get a bill I just got a letter telling me I owed $9,495.73 and to pay immediately. I still feel sick. Hopefully tomorrow one of these morons will ring MEEEEE back and help me sort out this mess. |
