Can't complain about my att account, never saw a bill. They did chew an international rep out because he texted his wife several times while in a meeting in Russia. Those texts added up to $4000 bucks American.
We are on Verison now. I can tell any difference, but then again, I basically haven't left the house since the switch either. |
The Embassy is part of the problem.
When we first arrived, and even now, we have no credit history, no SSN so we can't get phones. So the Embassy for want of a better word 'sponsors' us on their corporate account, they assist us with getting our phones, setting up the accounts through their corporate account manager. There in lies the problem, as we are from then on not the 'owner' of the account, but are responsible to pay the account, when ever I have tried to contact AT&T they tell me they can't talk to me, as the account is 'owned' by the embassy and I am not one of the people listed on the overarching corporate account, that they can talk to. I should have known I was doomed from the start. So in the last couple of months, when I have not been receiving phone bills, and I have had queries, I have not been getting anywhere, as they just keep bumping me around in AT&T land and I have got know where. Until of course they need to tell me my bill is $9.5K, but even then then didn't phone me, I got a letter, no invoice, no copy of the bills, just a letter. The war will continue tomorrow. Time for bed, not sure I will be sleeping much. Night all. |
um.... how do they expect you to pay the bill if they will not speak with you? that seems kinda odd. one cannot expect someone not on the account to pay the bill on their say-so.

Alright! Who was the wanker who thought it was a good idea to load up dunny rolls with crepe paper? There ought to be a law against that.
If it can be torn in a slight breeze, used as filter paper, or for sanding wood, it has no right being any where near a loo! |

Thinking about getting these wheels and tires for my 928.
https://webfiles.uci.edu/redwards/pu...ide%20view.jpg They are 9x18 front and 10.5x18 rear. Have a nearly new set of Pilot Sport Cups mounted and asking price is about the same as the pilot sport cups. I need new tires and this would get me both tires and a set of wide rims. |
Are those Speedlines?
|
That just sucks about all the text charges Azzy.
|
I have owned my 911 for 16 years. All that time the steering wheel has needed the cover re-stitched. Tonight I pulled the wheel and I will send it to Dallas to get the leather replaced.
|
They are BW Motorsports Turbo 3 Piece.
Didn't think Speedlines were bigger than 17in. |
16 years!?! It's about time you got around to it :)

Speedlines for the 911 Turbo 3.6 (1994) were 18x8x10. And heavy as schit, which is why I was asking. |

Hard to beat look of the 928 with the wheels I got now...
http://www.zipbang.com/928gts/zaino3.jpg Thought the wider wheels would be good for some stick autocross tires. The Pilot Sport Cups are 265 front and 285 rear. |
