Just been watching the Macguires car crasy show on TV the Canepa Design Company Museum in California, omg. What a beeeeeaaauuuutiful collection of some of the most iconic cars ever made, and so many Porsches, if I get over to California I have to go there, and its free bonus.

Well off to brekkie, see y'all later

My wife has always had a thing for guitarists. Too bad she married a bassist who later F-ed up his left hand so bad he can't play anymore.

My 5 y/o does jiu jitsu at a small mom and pop MMA academy out here. The instructor is a big heavy metal guy and does security for Korn and Five Finger Death Punch on he side. So there's a seminar next week my kid is going to because he's a competitor and the 5FDP guitarist is participating and doing a meet and greet after. So my 5 y/o asked me for a 5FDP cd so he could get it autographed...parent of the year!</div>

oh that was sarcasm :) pretty sure that makes me the worst parent ever. Besides. it's not my kind of music at all. I listen to pop punk, 80's and of course Van" mother Effin" Halen!

thats funny, I've always gravitated towards bassists. My husband doesn't play anything. I need to get back into my guitar.

Rick V 01-27-2013 04:40 AM

Okay show of hands
Who in this thread would ever resort to sarcasm?

Jim Richards 01-27-2013 04:42 AM

Hahaha. I would never think of it.

slodave 01-27-2013 04:42 AM

Beth played piano but doesn't like to play when anybody else is around, and since her piano is now in my studio she doesn't seem to play at all.
I spent a fair amount of time yesterday with my seven string, it is coming along nicely. or should I say I am coming along

Lu putzes around with our piano from time to time. Every once in a while I pick up my Telecaster. I never really learned to play it, just use it to make unnatural noises.

Night, Dave.

Rick V 01-27-2013 04:52 AM

I have my mothers Yamaha keyboard in my studio and it seems to have been relegated to pushing out backing tracks for me to play along with.
Yanno Jim your Tele would look great next to my Strat and my Dot. :) We can see if there are any blues left in it.

Rick V 01-27-2013 04:54 AM

My babies, and whit the daughter moved back in her Strat is up there too.:D

Good morning folks. Daytona is back on but I have to watch it live and suffer through the stupid commercials. I will have to go change the oil in the El Camino to let the DVR get ahead. The Elky is due for it's 312,000 mile oil change.

I have no musical ability. No guitars, no pianos. I can play a cd and rip music to my iPhone. That is about the extent of my musical ability. Well I guess I can play a radio too.
