Well I am making my second attempt to stay out of bed today, woke up with a migraine, vomiting the other and the whole shebang, couldn't keep anything down, pills etc.

Back to bed, now its 2.14pm and I have stopped vomiting, taken some pills and am at least out of the bedroom and bathroom.

Take 2 on today!

Joe, hope you are feeling better soon, I feel like its food poisoning, but I know it's just a migraine. By the end of the day I will be okay, just a heavy head, once the pills kick in.

No migraine for me. Not that lucky. Dry heaving anf unmentionable issues at the other end with a stomach making noises like I'm about to give birth to a farkin alien

joe, there has been a terrible stomach flu going around. lasts about 36 hours. i thought i might actually die. get someone to bring you some pedialyte, two liters. that stuff is magic.

I have a gut of steel apparently and never get stomach bugs but, this year's stomach bug finally got me. It wasn't that bad for me but, the rest of the family...horrible.

I went to see Alien, all those years ago, when I was about 8 months pregnant with the eldest son, and that movie gave me nightmares for weeks, every time the baby moved I just kept visualising that seen with the guy on the medical table, and the baby alien bursting out through his stomach. So creepy.

But Joe, get better soon.
