You are a bit of a nomad, but if they don't treat you right, then no reason to stay. F**k them. They don't deserve good hard working people, having to put up with them as employers What a bunch of f-wits! |
Holy Crap!!! That vid was insane

Rick
Congrats on the new gig. Mo bucks is mo bucks! Huge raise! |
Janet, fingers crossed that your not going to get the sack.
Is the economy going that bad? Being Oz Defence peeps, we are well insulated against the financial worries of normal US citizens. But given the food and clothes are so cheap, and the housing interest rates are sitting at just a little over 3% fixed for 30 years (yep Jeff and Steamwolf we could only wish for the same in Oz), oh and your petrol is so much cheaper than back home, standard ULP at home in Canberra is the equivalent of is $5.67 a gallon, cars are so much cheaper than back home, I can't see why the economical situation of so many people is on the edge. Just saying . |

So Rick, have you told them yet that you don't work on VWs and Audi's?
|
Yes I did and they have a guy there that gets mad if someone else works on them, he lives to yank his hair out.
No more weekend work, and hour shorter day, closer to home, and did I mention the bosses daughter? :D |
I'll bpay someone $5 to come over and put a bullet in my head
|
Now where did I leave my super soaker?

Me, I just gave in and hit the bed, cleared the pathway to the bowl, and just hit the sack, was feeling better mid afternoon, so got up and started my day again. You sound like you need some Imodium to stop the other end from losing too much fluid, but you probably wouldn't keep them down for long enough. You poor thing. |
Tried some imodium. Saw it again 20 minutes later. Laying on the couch now. Other than to walk the dog, I don't intend to move.
|
Make sure you drink fluids Joe, even if they do come back. At least you'll have something to bring back up or back into your system if it doesn't

My mechanic works almost exclusively on old and new VWs and Audi's, but I know he is always stressed at the **** engineering of the newer VWs, like some of the newer Transporters, where stuff is hidden up under the dash, or slammed up against the firewall behind the engine, they seemed to have no idea items that require frequent maintenance should be accessible! I have been helping him pull out the whole dash, or heaters demisters, aircon, half the pheripherals on an engine etc on some of those transporters to get at something that takes 5 minutes to replace or fix, pissing him off no end when I tell him it was most probably designed by a man!!! Women wouldn't be so stupid. They really need to get a couple of good old school aviation engineers into their design and engineering department, to make their design of things, all about logical engineering practice, if you need to maintain it, you should be able to get at it easily. R&M (Repairability and Maintainability) should be the key to designability. |

I had that argument with a Cadalic service rep a few decades ago and his reply was, "they are designed to be manufactured and not repaired"
I told him they should be manufactured to last. He didn't like me very much and I didn't spend too much more time working on caddy's |
My darling has made me a lovely cup of tea, isn't that nice.
