And I think I just got hit on by somebody actually older than me...

Stijn!!

Yup, friend confirmed. Older than me. Well, that hasn't happened in a long time. Remember? I get hit on by dudes on bikes.

Do you eat breakfast when you are tired? And why so long? Or you don't want to talk about it?

Red Rocks, Denver. Heard its awesome to see a concert at because of the acoustics. Maybe your son will play there one day and I can see him play there. Snowboarding and a concert... Can't get better than that. Oh, sushi. I will probably grab sushi at my fav restaurant in Denver with my favorite sushi chef. I am so giddy excited.

I went to Bakersfield today. It's about 1.5 hrs each way. I started seeing people at 7:30, so we (went with an interpreter) left LA at 6. Which means I had to get up at 5 to get ready, walk the dog, feed the pets (one cat is currently on abx after having spent the weekend at the vet to the tune of $1500), etc. I spent the day at 2 different clinics and saw 44 patients. Then the 1.5 hr drive home. Did paperwork in the office in preparation for tomorrow's OR day, which starts at 6. Just got home at 8. Wife is out of town with the kids, so I walked the dog again. Now it's time for some food.

tweezers74 05-07-2013 07:33 PM

Oh Noah! That does sound like a long day and then to come home to an empty house? Hugs. I hate when I come home from a business trip late at night and the boys are still at their dads and the house is dark and quiet. My heart is so empty. Those are the nights I wish I could crawl into bed with them and cuddle.

Well, get something to eat and get some rest. Grab a beer. Relax.

Noah930 05-07-2013 07:39 PM

Well, the house is far from empty. I have one crazy dog to greet me. And now I gotta go find the cats. They usually greet me in the driveway when I come home, but they're strangely absent right now.

And fish. We have a tank of fish. But they're pretty quiet.

tweezers74 05-07-2013 07:41 PM

Stijn!!

Fish. Noah, you are funny. Or are you just deliriously tired?

Noah930 05-07-2013 07:50 PM

It was a long day yesterday, as well. We got up at 4 in the morning so my wife and kids could make a 6 am flight. And then I was up until 11:30 reviewing a chart for a medicolegal exam I'm doing this Thursday. The attorney sent me a disc to review. OK, how bad could it be? Crimony, there are some 64 files on the disc to review. Three of them are surveillance videos of the supposedly injured person. Apparently she lives in my neck of the woods, as the private investigator followed her around town. It was odd to recognize the streets and stores she visited. I even saw a neighbor briefly in a supermarket parking lot!

tweezers74 05-07-2013 08:00 PM

Whoa, Noah! Now YOU have a lot going on. Stop chit chatting with me and get some rest. Medicolegal exam? Is that required or are you expanding your horizons?

tweezers74 05-07-2013 08:05 PM

Don't answer that. Go to sleep!!!
