Pink Floyd... I used to listen them a lot when I was in college too. Ok... Getting sleepy. A little.

tweezers74 05-08-2013 11:26 PM

Gonna try to sleep. Good night fellas.

Flieger 05-08-2013 11:27 PM

Night.

She got the car reference but seemed kind of miffed that a dog had the same name despite the complement.

My next door neighbor thought it was fun that both her daughter and grandson's hair is the exact same color as my dog's. Camber is a golden retriever. I don't think they are related.

RKDinOKC 05-08-2013 11:29 PM

Asleep yet....

I met a girl with the same name as my uncle's dog. When on summer vacation in southern Illinois and meeting the dog was the first time I had heard the name Kallie (or however it is spelled). Pronounced Cal-E, not K-Lee.

RKDinOKC 05-08-2013 11:36 PM

Named my other golden Penny because she was very dark about the color of an old penny, think Irish Setter. Met several girls with that name, besides it being the name of Inspector Gadget's niece.

Flieger 05-08-2013 11:39 PM

I remember inspector gadget- the animated version, anyway. :D

I just realized that I seem to be subconsiously attracted to girls with names beginning with the letter K (or a hard "C"). I can think of five right now.

(and I mean girls I have actually met in person more than once, not Kate Upton for instance. :D)

RKDinOKC 05-08-2013 11:51 PM

That sounds Krazy. Like those people that name all their kids with the same first letter. One of me nephews has five boys all their names end with son. Jackson, harrison, preston, etc. His sister has uncommon names for her kids, Tate, Gage, Bridge, Scout, etc. but her husband is named Troop.

Flieger 05-08-2013 11:57 PM

OK, now that is krazy. You can choose your kids' names but not so much the person you marry.

Flieger 05-09-2013 12:02 AM

It's nothing compared to names like Dweezil Zappa and Moon Unit. :)

Flieger 05-09-2013 12:17 AM

Bored.

Internet: bring me funny!

Morning Y'all
Nothing like starting the work week out on thursday

fintstone 05-09-2013 01:57 AM

What's up folks? Back in town for a day or two. Rainy.

Jim Richards 05-09-2013 02:00 AM

Morning Rick, Fint. How are y'all doing? I'm taking off work tomorrow, so today is my Friday. :)

fintstone 05-09-2013 02:05 AM

Doing good. Sure need a day off.

Made a lowball offer on a house (way out in the county near where I live now) and it was accepted. Couldn't resist because of the crazy price and the nice big garage and 10 acres. I may end up retiring out here after all.

Jim Richards 05-09-2013 02:09 AM

You're getting sucked in. Hahahaha!

Congrats on the house, BTW. :)

fintstone 05-09-2013 02:28 AM

Yep suckered. Sure made the wife happy though. All I needed was to see the garage. Just need the loan to go through.

Guess no one else wants to live way out there. I can buy a cross between the Ponderosa and the Beverly Hillbillies house for the price of a small condo in Crystal City.

Gotta get a really big lawn mower now. Probably between 2 and 3 acres of grass.
