I was back there in 2005. Back then still an untouched beach vacation spot. Gorgeous! Expensive for me to get there but dirt cheap once you get there. I want to go back but when my boys are a little older. I went back and met relatives I never met before and saw where I was born. The house I stayed at as a baby was bombed so I wasn't able to see that.

That would have been very interesting. I'm awestruck by it's beauty and really can't wait till we go.

We've got a couple of other holidays planned for the next two years, so it's gunna be a couple of years before we go. More research time.

We we're actually going to go two years ago with another couple, I can't remember why but they pulled out of the plan when we were about six months from departing. We hadn't booked anything at the time so we decided we'd put it off until they were ready to travel (they made a big deal about coming along with us).

Well about three months ago they announced they were off to Vietnam later this year and we could go with them if we wanted. WTF? We've already committed to another destination and they new it. Fcuk'em!

Sorry, bit of a rant. I'm done now. :)

Oh yeah, it's cheap from here. $600-$700 return ex Darwin to Ho Chi Minn.

I have a sexy nanny that I go home to everyday

We just called em baby sitters when we were kids.

My brother & I snuck out of the house and rode our bikes to downtown San Marcos and saw an Elvis Presley movie while she slept. We would have gotten away with it clean if I did not put the ticket stub in my pocket. My mom did the laundry and she knew to check the pockets of any boys pants before washing them.

They figured if we could pull that off we did not need a baby sitter anymore. I was in 2nd grade.

Don't let her hear you call it that. I made that mistake once. Never again. She says babysitters only watch kids here and there. She works a solid 40+ hours a week, has lesson plans and different crap for them to do. Sticks to any particulars the parents want. Does the childs laundry. When there are older children, she takes them to any lessons or practices they have scheduled. She is practically a live-in. Takes lots of pictures and videos for the parents to have. Fills out a daily log for the parents. She is very into it and indepth. Around christmas she has a book made for the parents of the past years pictures and events. For mothers day she just made a flower pot with the new baby's feet stamped on it to make the shape of a butterfly. That's what my ear gets filled with when someone calls her a baby sitter...lol.

When she gets worked up, I say: "Calm down Mary Poppins." I constantly pick on her.

I'm with you. A nanny is far from a sitter.

Me and my sexy nanny. Didn't want Rick saying "Picture or it didn't happen"

She just got back from Miami with the family she works for. October with a tan and I am pale. Plus I spent that entire summer out of the sun because of chemo and radiation treatment.

Porsche-poor 05-09-2013 11:16 AM

Andy911sc 05-09-2013 11:20 AM

I'm not going to ask how you got a hold of that picture of the nanny that worked for you.

Porsche-poor 05-09-2013 11:25 AM

easy she had it taken and said here what do you think?

The rest was a cruel joke played on a former co-worker.
