yes there was a plug missing on top of the sensor plate I think it was for the co2 adjusting port. I can look it up later. Not place I have ever been messing with the car so who knows when it left.

We had a guy running an HK MR556 with a fancy internally magnified elcan red dot sight and all tactical tailor gear....an easy $6k in kit and he could barely keep shots on a silhouette, much less make kill or low percent shots.

We say a LEO at the range in Yuma practicing. He was shooting 7 yards at a 50% silhouette. He missed the entire body more than he hit it and he wasn't shooting quickly. Emily at 12 can hit a can sometimes at 20 yards, I am sure she can hit 1/2 sized silhouette more often than not.

We use a reflex sight for airsoft. Works well for keeping both eyes open. Emily has started playing this year. At least it keeps her active and should the bovine excrement ever hit the rotary air mover she will at least know how to take cover and learn not to just spray bullets. The first time she played she stuck by my side for the first and second round. The first was a small area, the second was on 25 acres and we were outnumbered 2 to 1. We ran/walked/crawled about 4 miles on that round. Her gun had not arrived yet so she had my P90 and I had my 1911. The P90 is good to 150 feet and can shoot to 200 with some holdover. The 1911 is a cheapie to allow me to retreat to where I can get the P90 functional again and it is good for about 50 feet before the little BB veers off course. We still got close enough to use the handgun on some of the "enemy". We had 2, 3 man teams flank the others from the NE and SE and pushed them to the rest of the group. We lost 0 and they lost everyone as they got pushed into a group in some trees but had fir coming from 3 directions including a retired army marksman with a sniper rifle. The battle lasted almost an hour and Emily has decided she hates briars and thorn bushes but she realizes the best approach isn't the direct one and that her dad hates to sit and wait, we were one of the flanking teams. She had the only full auto weapon on our scout team.

It is good exercise. As for the crazy thing, I was going to quote your sig line.

I was running on about 30 minutes sleep over the previous three days of getting screamed at, stuck with a million needles, screamed at some more and having 100 lbs of gear thrown at me....good times

This video is epic! I'm pretty sure most of the people in my gym see me as the 'Ranger' in this video...

Eeeek!

Jim Richards 07-15-2014 02:34 AM

Howdy, Rick. More thunderstorms/heavy rain today? I got lucky with timing yesterday, but Lu got drenched.

Rick V 07-15-2014 02:37 AM

Morning Jim. Today is scheduled to be a bad one for us here. I missed the one we got yesterday but I was just in time to see the cute service writer from honda running through the parking lot after closing her windows. She looks so good soaked. I kinda felt bad, I usually close her windows for her when rain comes because of the lay out of the parking lot. I never knew it was dumping until it was too late.

Just plain warm out here. :)
