You told him 'yes'.......right?!?

flipper35 11-18-2014 05:37 PM

I told him he has a few years to decide. He also likes the M&P 10 in .308. He needs a good HS job.

HHI944 11-18-2014 05:54 PM

Awwww, just get him a nice bolt action .338LM with that fancy new silencer big bore suppressor.

RKDinOKC 11-19-2014 01:33 AM

Kahwhoooosh, be out in a minute, heh heh, heh heh.

Good Morning folks.

Yea, all the ice and crap is gone. 50 degree plus temps will do that. :)

flipper35 11-19-2014 06:35 AM

Mornin' all.

Joe, in 5 years he will be eligible at 10 years old to hunt with a mentor. I am not sure a LM would be light enough for him to carry into the field. But boy does he have expensive taste in spoons. He did like the 10/22 in one of the reviews on the anniversary model. Of course he liked the synthetic stock better with the Picatinny rail so he can mount a reflex sight.

Well, I think it is time to spend some money and take the 911 down to a guy that knows how things are wired so the engine will run again. Then decide if we are going to hang onto it or not.

HHI944 11-19-2014 07:27 AM

He'd sure get strong dragging a 338 around!

flipper35 11-19-2014 07:34 AM

Maybe I will have him practice carrying our .45-70 around. It is 16.75# auw with 405gr.

He likes to exercise. He fell on the treadmill the other day running at just over 4mph.

Just don't understand the whole tatoo thing, but do like hot pink underwear.

GH85Carrera 11-19-2014 09:00 AM

Yuck on both of those. Gross me out the door, gag me with a spoon. Barf.

RKDinOKC 11-19-2014 09:23 AM

Yet, when I stop posting the pictures, the conversation goes to just talking about the weather.

flipper35 11-19-2014 09:31 AM

That first one has an odd proportion or the lens makes it that way. Or maybe it is a Kardashian.

Speaking of spoons, do y'all prefer a soup spoon over a teaspoon when eating soup? I don't really like them (soup spoons).

GH85Carrera 11-19-2014 09:39 AM

Soup spoons are much better. Tea spoons take to long to eat with the smaller volume of the spoon.

flipper35 11-19-2014 09:57 AM

I guess it is the shape I don't like. They are better than the "ladle" we had at the Japanese place the other day. Those are hard to eat with.

Anyone have experience with Avon tires?

Are those the ones that come on the pink cars top sellers receive? I bet the perfume would wear off after a few rain storms.

flipper35 11-19-2014 11:36 AM

Maybe.
