How many seconds before that group gets pissed off and becomes and angry mob?

We are always pissed off and if there is more than one of us, an angry mob, kind of like Bruce Banner in the Avengers movie. Just an FYI. Funny thing, I have become more mellow as my hair loses its color.

Went with the boss today up to the mountains. He has a Polaris RZR 900. We were bombing up 4wd drive roads sliding sideways in every turn and giggling like school girls. We detoured a few times up trails that no jeep could even dream of. Some beautiful scenery in the hills just above town. We did about 80 miles by my count. The road itself was 30 from end to end. Coming back from the gas stop we did 30 miles in 58 minutes. Thats moving damn quick through sharp hair pins and roads with big rocks! Lots of fun!

I told him this was a pricey trip! Now I want one.... Gotta figure out where I'd store the damned thing and the trailer to haul it on!

No Freddie's here. My wife misses Del Taco. All we have up here is Taco Bell and Taco John's. Taco John's used to be a laugh but they are much better than Taco Bell now, not that that is really saying anything. I miss Popeye's as well.

Ebay has some used Sawzalls, but you have no idea what you're going to get there either. I would get a new one.

OK brain trust, who knows of a good program like Quickbooks that is not Quickbooks for a non-profit organization? She is trying the not-for-profit version of Quickbooks and it is not able to do what it needs to. It goes on about securing pledges and complains about money going out as a gift instead of in exchange for goods and services.

Hey, what kind of NPO are you running that gives away money, and where do I get in line?!?

My mom was "mad" at me when I turned 40. It was impossible for her to be younger than me.

I figured out that growing old is a privilege denied to a great many.

I will never complain about getting older. I do however refuse to grow up!

I've never been sky diving, but I've zoomed in really fast on google earth.

If you are in need, PM me I can get you the contact info but I think you already talked with Nelson? :)

They paid the property tax for a couple when they both lost their jobs for separate reasons, his company downsized and her back surgery caused more damage than it helped. This allowed them to catch up on the house payments and keep the house. There is a food pantry and thrift store attached all run by volunteers and everything is donated. There is a coffee shop as well, but it is usually running in the red, which is OK since they have to buy product for there. This is where dad and I are putting the new floors in. My wife does all the financials.

Mom never got mad at me for birthdays, but she is mad at me for a significant hairline recession. I keep it short anyway so it doesn't bother me and my wife is not all that fond of hair so it works out.

Assuming it's not raining like hell, I'm gonna get the Lotus all purdied up and ready to sell this weekend.....I've got my eye on several possible replacements..... An E55 looks really tempting.... Because 470hp sounds just right for a sedan...

RKDinOKC 04-29-2015 12:56 PM

350 hp seems just fine for the Cayenne.

HHI944 04-29-2015 12:58 PM

Just think, the E is lighter, more aerodynamic and gas an extra 120hp.....

If I get one, I'll probably debadge it and throw an E320 badge on

RKDinOKC 04-29-2015 01:05 PM

The really important part is the Cayenne seats don't make my butt hurt.

The only vehicles I've found that don't make my butt hurt after driving for any length of time are Porsches, BMW if they have the sport seats, and Volvo.

Whatever happened to the Disco?

flipper35 04-29-2015 01:10 PM

Joe, sounds dangerous to me. Going from a British car to a high strung germanvagon. The hp sounds enticing though and it surely handles better than an SRT Charger.

He got the smoke pumped back into it just fine it sounds like.

RKDinOKC 04-29-2015 01:13 PM

Friend of mine got a new KIA Soul. He and his wife took it on a vacation driving from OKC to Vegas and back. He said after 100 miles they had to get their pillows they take with them and sit on them. Said they had to sit on the pillows the rest of the trip.

Says he really likes the car. Me...I would sell it and find something I can drive without making my butt hurt.

It's alive and well. Still haven't hooked the blower back up though.

If I don't go for an E55, I'll probably go for a CLK vert.

flipper35 04-29-2015 01:27 PM

I have had more cars with removable or no tops than ones with a fixed roof. Might be a weakness. All but the Ramcharger had big(ish) motors.

Hey what happened to Rick? I am having a Rick withdrawal. Wait that does not sound right. What's up Rick? Where are ya?
