Morning Y'all,
My Strap-on guy hates me, every week I have a broken ratchet, usually a quarter inch one, I will use that kid to take a starter out, the free replacement and fact that I don't have to run to the store and deal with some snot nosed punk or senile old fart make them worth the money.
Today I am really NOT feelin' the W thing, it's gonna be a long day

RKDinOKC 05-27-2015 03:09 AM

Good Morning!

Some days seem to crawl, some days fly by. Doesn't seem to matter how busy I am either.

Jim Richards 05-27-2015 03:15 AM

The weeks fly by, but each day seems to crawl.

GH85Carrera 05-27-2015 04:07 AM

I guess I am having fun because time is flying by.

It seems every morning a month has zipped past. I can't believe my vacation starts in 24 days.

Jim Richards 05-27-2015 04:35 AM

Mine starts in 36 days. Hopefully the new flooring will be in place before we get there, so I can start in on installing baseboard molding. Every day that goes by is a day closer to DC ----------> SoCal. :)

GH85Carrera 05-27-2015 04:50 AM

Fortunately for me my vacation does not involve hammers, or carpentry at all. Well We are taking a tour of the Louisville Slugger plant. The smell of sawdust will be in the air. We also tour the Jim Beam distillery and the Indy 500 track. We might even see a few thousand Porsches.

I would bet it was 100% on purpose. It is the punch line for a very old joke about Billy Jean King getting a new sponsor. And when you see the prices for the Snap On you fell like you are getting the strap on treatment.

Sounds like a typical day in SoCal. ;)

GH85Carrera 05-27-2015 05:30 AM

Not quite. :)

At Parade they will have a display of one car for each year of the 60 years of Parade. So at least one car from every year from 1955 to 2015. In the early years that is easy. I just wonder what they will do for the late year models. There are like 14 different 911s, Caymans, 918s and all the models Porsche sells now.

911SauCy 05-27-2015 05:56 AM

Idk why, but today feels like a great day

Because it is HUMP day! :D

Over that hump on the long downhill slide toward the weekend!.

Sunny and warm here today. The boy has soccer practice and the girl has a softball game. No time to give guitar lessons tonight. I have a game tomorrow and it is 9:00. I can't wait for spring to be over.

GH85Carrera 05-27-2015 02:07 PM

It has been partly to mostly cloudy all day and warm. I think the lawn is dry enough to mow. Oh JOY!

It is deep and overdue a mowing. I will still have a squishy yard and likely leave some ruts but I have to mow someday.

There was a big tornado moments ago out in the Texas panhandle. It is heading toward Oklahoma of course but northwest OK.

Nope, Glen hit it right on the head, the prices make it feel like, well you can use your own imagination.
I was texting with Stijn on fb messenger and hit a wrong button, Imagine that the phone calling feature works and actually was fairly clear, although I don't think his end was too clear, he said I have an accent.

Rick V 05-27-2015 02:20 PM

Oh and evening Y'all

GH85Carrera 05-27-2015 02:28 PM

RKDinOKC 05-27-2015 03:38 PM
