Nope. This morning at home. First day of vacation. Glad I was home not in San Fran.

Remind me not to go on vacation with you!

I guess I will risk meeting up with you at Parade. ;)

Yup.....wish I looked as good as you in a dress.

Water would have to get mighty high for my feet to get wet up here.

Sorry to hear about the knee David.

Jim Richards 03-29-2017 11:25 AM

David, you need to carry some duct tape with you to help hold yourself together. ;) Get well asap!

Porsche-poor 03-29-2017 11:29 AM

I feel nothing now. . It's the clutch leg to.

RKDinOKC 03-29-2017 11:59 AM

That sounds almost as bad as my heel and toe foot.

Porsche-poor 03-29-2017 12:05 PM

I should drive the German thigh master more. Strengthen the leg up.

Jim Richards 03-29-2017 12:07 PM

That goes without saying!

Driving a 911 makes one smarter, tougher, better looking and above all modest. :p

The more ya drive it, the better!

RKDinOKC 03-29-2017 04:05 PM

Unless you wear gold chains and stand around by your 911. That's not technically driving though.

Porsche-poor 03-29-2017 05:41 PM

True.

Morning Y'all,
David if it makes you feel any better I dislocated my left knee last week as well but I was actually pushing a truck, yeah it is painful but look on the bright side, the more it happens the better you get at putting it back together and get back moving.

GH85Carrera 03-30-2017 05:53 AM

Morning all.

We had to put gas in the Macan for the first time last night. She was down to 75 mile range and had rolled 324 miles total. She is really racking up the miles. ;)

The gas fill is strange in that it is a very tight fit for the nozzle. There is a screen vent at the top of the filler neck for a vent so it filled up fast but it was strange to see such a tight fitting for the gas nozzle. It will be broken in by next spring at this rate.

Mornin, Mornin, Mornin.

Remember seeing a friends Wife's new 911 cab sitting in their garage. Very pretty, dark red metallic with a tan interior and every option available at the time. They had had it for two years and it had a whole 300 miles on the clock. He said it was too quiet for him. It had the sport exhaust and he didn't know the sport button made it louder. Started it up and sure enough sport was louder. He started driving it more after, even took it on some of the local PCA drives.

When I was working nights I was napping on the couch. Dreamt I was running from the police and was in bright yellow VW beetle. Don't know why they were after me and it wasn't my beetle, it belonged to a girl I knew. She didn't have a beetle in the real world. The chase scene was taking place in some beach community with blocks of cute little beach houses with white picket fences. The streets didn't have curbs but instead had bar ditches between the street and the fences. Turned a corner and before the police got to the corner to see me I jumped out of the sun roof of the beetle so the police would chase the car and not me. When I landed in the bar ditch I hurt my ankle. That immediately woke me up and my ankle hurt still hurt. Had somehow sprained my ankle. Ankle was fine before my nap. At least I got away from "The Man!"

Yea, but he has what 8 or 9 Porsches total? He says it is his wife's car but she drives a SUV.

RKDinOKC 03-30-2017 07:02 AM

Happened to see him and his wife at the dealership ordering that car. She was definitely doing the picking and choosing for the options and colours. Maybe that's why he didn't really know just what the sport button did.

Porsche-poor 03-30-2017 07:07 AM

Morning all. Hope to make it thru without drugs today.

flipper35 03-30-2017 08:42 AM

Are you in Hawaii or just going bi-lingual? ;)
