One of our friends is a lady that grew up at the roller rink. Her mother was a Roller Derby Queen. They traveled the country in the 60s with her mom skating in the Derbies. Our friend says she figures she has a couple of hundred "uncles" since there was always a different uncle in every city.

Morning guys, Weeeeeeeeeeee weekend off (from now on). I don't think I am gonna know what to do with myself (other then whine about the cold)

I am heading to the garage to get the 911 ready for the autocross. Not much to do, check the pressure in the tires and to a visual check of things.

I'm setting by the gate at the track waiting on Brian. It would appear that somebody in a Subie failed to see the 11 start time on the website as he is here waiting as well.

11:00? Christ, it's hardly 7:30 in my neck of the woods. (Though I did get up at 5 am to watch Abu Dhabi qualifying.)

WEEEE! Had a great time at autocross. Didn't break anything so we go again tomorrow!


I also got stuck instructing a kid in a Viper. He had never driven the car before and his dad didn't want him to learn on the street. We got to go for a spin in the grass of course.
