Just giving you crap. I like mushrooms on pasta and steaks. Just never seen them in that fashion. Had great chicken marsalla (spelling) the other night with mushrooms.

you should see them grow. it is fast. plus, this particular type of mushroom smells fabulous, kind of like a rose based perfume. no kidding. the process of growing them is really cool.

I'll have to take your word for it, no mad experiments here.....except the 911!
