Dude, you don't pay for sex... You pay them to leave.... :D:D:D

(not my thing, only thing I have gladly dashed out some cash for was a lapdance....)

porsche4life 04-05-2011 09:59 PM

Unless you count those movies tickets Friday night....

I haven't ever paid for it either....

G, seriously! Get a grip. Ignore all the gun threads or at least, take the with a grain of salt. It's no different here, then it is in Europe. Heck, you guys have more pickpockets than us.

Geronimo '74 04-05-2011 10:15 PM

I know, I'm not scared, I've been in the US before and always felt safe. (little edgy on a certain busride that seemed to be passing through skid row....)

but you got to admit, they don't make it sound very welcoming.... Guys like OJU, NE-VAR go anywhere without a gun....

porsche4life 04-05-2011 10:17 PM

If it makes you feel any better, I will probably only carry when I know I will be travelling alone late at night..

Geronimo '74 04-05-2011 10:23 PM

I hope that if we make it to Virginia in September that we can shoot some of Rick's spoons. That would be cool.

Damn, it's humpday over here.
Wait, let me dig up some chick pics.... :)

Sometimes you're head up against the wall.

Yumm...

Nynor, I'm speaking mostly hypothetically, but if I was to be passing through SLC mid may, could I crash on your couch?

Anyways... Night guys...

Geronimo '74 04-05-2011 10:39 PM

I just found my biological mom and brother on FB. A least I'm pretty sure. Everything matches. Not much I can do though.

What would you want to do?

slodave 04-05-2011 10:53 PM

I had found some other relatives via a genealogy website years ago. We stayed in contact for a while, but my ex-wife had a bit to do with that with holiday cards. I fell out of contact after the marriage collapsed. If anything, I have to get back in contact with the other relatives. This was a private adoption, so I have a lot of records of the court proceeding's, but I still can't just drop in unannounced. It can really mess things up.

Geronimo '74 04-05-2011 11:17 PM

Well, I guess it's worth following the right procedures then, doing it properly, even if that means you can't rush things.
It'll be worth it in the end, no?
I can imagine you being impatient to see them. A moment to look forward to. Good for you!
My best freind had lost contact with his father after his parents went through a very messy divorce. I urged him to finally get back in touch with his dad and he did (after 20years or so). They're both very happy that the bond is being restored. (Made me proud of myself too, to have helped my buddy like that :))

I was drunk when that song came out. (or at least during that decade) :)
