If you run it true a translator, I (or Stigeon) will take out any mistakes for you.
I (dunno 'bout Stigeon) am too lazy to translate it myself completely... ( unless I really really have to...)

Quick translation:

After you have estaqblished that the CDI is defective by checking for spark, you carefully cut it open with a Dremel, as illustrated by the pictures. Once open, have a close look at the circuit board inside, as the author has come to realise that the vibration from his motorcycle has caused some of the solder joints to deteriorate. By simply re-heating these he has been able to repair the unit.
