Assuming the worms are about 2 cm long and look like spaghetti, they (only) come from eating infected fleas. Disgusting, but nothing to be overly worried about. Find the best online price you can find for Frontline from a company in the USA, print it out and take it with you when you go to the vet (with a fecal sample). Some vets will price match, but only US companies. With meds it will clear up fast.

new puppy take to vet with in the first week of ownership is a must. PPI is a good idea
![]() need to find out what vacinations they have had already...should have had at least the first couple of puppy sets before they should be ready to sell. reputable breader would know this. also good to get to know your vet as soon as possible to get a good repore with them. sound like this breader isnt one of the good ones if they are selling pups with flea issues...get that vet to look for other small dog issues.
