Most likely the physical keyboard. I have used my friend's iphone frequently and am still not sold on typing with the thing. Other than that, it is awesome. I still love my Curve though

Virtual keypad takes a little practice but becomes second nature after a while. My last Smartphone had one as well, so I guess I am used to them.

I hold the phone with one hand and type with my thumb.

Actually, the iphone can file transfer through bluetooth. I do it without a problem on a jailbroken phone. For whatever reasons, ATT blocked a lot of the iphone's capabilities. For those with jailbroken phones it's not a problem.

It's the HTC's (recently released) which have WVGA screens. --These are (slightly) bigger screens, and have 2.5x the pixel count. (than the BB or iphone)

WVGA (wide VGA) = 800 x 480 <-- HTC HD, touch pro2, Imago
HVGA (Half VGA) = 320 x 480 <-- typical BB Storm, ipone.
