8 months for suspension work..........
so how long is this gonna take... There are a few items which I would like attend to before delivering the car to it's new owner, they are as follows: 1) Finishing the rear apron to the liking of the new owner ( I have a design for it ) 2) Aligning the doors and replacing needed parts to make sure both doors shut properly (Flush to the body) 3) Take care of the missing driver door lock cylinder and match it to the locks. 4) powder coating the door handles Black Shadowline to match the rest of the trim on the car if the buyer desires it. 5) New current smog check will be attained and provided to California purchaser(s) 6) New custom Air condition unit will be installed. Buy now, delivery March 2014...

This dork is insulting everyone who ever built and sold a hot rod.

UPDATE!!!
Update: (11/18/2009) I decided today that it is not worth parting with my baby for less than $250,000So the price starts here, regardless of any logic. It's mine and when someone wants it they have to pay my price to get it, period. Otherwise one shall build his/her own. |

I would like to offer him $2,000 and I'll pay for shipping. I would like the seats and then the rest of that old BMW can go to a local scrap yard to be parted out.

Well...he did respond to my $50k offer. Not sure why he's playing games with the $250k minimum. Can't see how that's helping him any:
Dear xxxxxxxxx, I am serious about selling the car. I will let you know, thanks for your offer. I have a gentleman who has also made me another offer at $95K As-is. I will keep you posted. In the meanwhile you can call me at (323)422-xxxx on my cell if you like to come and see it. He did. Regards, Koorosh |
